‘No bandits, no crimes’ at new border checkpoint, says NL governor
A brand new worldwide border checkpoint has opened between Nuevo León and Texas, which Nuevo León’s governor claims might be “the most secure and quickest customs workplace in North America.” Governor Samuel García was in Puerto Colombia over the weekend to inaugurate the brand new checkpoint on the Laredo–Colombia Solidarity Worldwide Bridge. The checkpoint was designed with recommendation from the USA Workplace of Customs and Border Safety and might be operated by the Nationwide Guard and Fuerza Civil, the state police of Nuevo León.
