Mexico says “no proof” Sinaloa Cartel concerned in Ecuador assassination
There may be “no proof” that Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel was concerned within the Wednesday assassination of Ecuadorean presidential candidate Fernando Villavicencio, Mexican International Minister Alicia Bárcena stated on Thursday.
