SCJN ruling revives transparency company after months of inactivity
The Supreme Courtroom (SCJN) on Wednesday handed down a choice that can enable the governing physique of the Nationwide Institute for Transparency, Entry to Data and the Safety of Private Information (INAI) to convene for the primary time since March.
